SysCon 2026 : 20th Annual IEEE International Systems Conference

April 6-9, 2026Halifax, Canada
The IEEE Systems Council facilitates interactions among communities of interest on system-level problems and applications. System-level thinking is essential in the world today, not only for technical systems, but also for society at large. The Council addresses the discipline of systems engineering, including theory, technology, methodology, and applications of complex systems, system-of-systems, and integrated systems of national and global significance.

Paper Submission

The conference provides a forum for both practitioners and academics to exchange ideas, methodologies, applications, and case studies.

Two submission categories:

Case studies and practical experiences: Short papers presenting practical ideas, real cases, and achievements.

Research and application papers: Full manuscripts with novel ideas, theoretical issues, methodologies, and applications.

Papers must be submitted electronically via the EDAS IEEE SysCon 2026 Submission Portal.
