The OCTA International Multi-Conference on “Organization of Knowledge and Advanced Technologies” aims to be a large-scale scientific event that brings together researchers, academics, and R&D professionals. It serves as a platform for innovation, encouraging public and private institutions to align with the technological challenges of the future. In particular, this 4 th edition will focus on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI in Knowledge Organization, Economic Intelligence, Strategic Management using Big Data in Information Systems, and Emerging Digital Ecosystems.
The Multi-Conference Structure and Topics:
The OCTA Multi-Conference is composed of five scientific conferences: SIIE, ISKO-Maghreb, CITED and TBMS each with its own topics, along with OCTA that fosters multidisciplinary collaboration:

Submission guidelines
OCTA’2025 invites authors—including senior researchers, junior academics, and R&D professionals—to submit their original proposals (not submitted elsewhere) in English according to IEEE format, either as “Full Paper” (6 pages). Papers will be single-blinded reviewed by at least 2 reviewers.
For details on how to prepare the manuscripts and style files refer to the instruction page for authors. Submissions are received through the easychair system, using the conference specific submissions link shown in the QR code. Proceedings of the multi-conference OCTA2025 will be published by IEEE and indexed by IEEE Xplore, (dblp and Scopus in progress). Authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit an extended version to journal special issue (in progress).
