Call for Papers – DEVIANCE 2025
We are excited to announce DEVIANCE 2025: Deviant Dynamics in Digital Spaces, a workshop dedicated to exploring the ever-evolving landscape of online deviance. This workshop will be part of the 17th International Conference on Advances in Social Networks Analysis and Mining (ASONAM 2025) in Calgary, Canada.
Spotlight Theme: "Unmasking Digital Deviance in the Age of AI"
As digital spaces expand, so do the complexities of harmful online behaviors. The rise of AI-driven tools has further intensified these dynamics, creating new opportunities for manipulation and opening paths for innovative detection and mitigation strategies.
We invite submissions that explore the intersection of AI, digital deviance, and online manipulation, including but not limited to:
- Research Papers – Empirical studies, theoretical advancements, and methodological innovations.
- Short Papers – Preliminary findings and novel perspectives.
- Demo Papers – Showcasing innovative tools and frameworks for understanding and mitigating digital deviance.
All accepted papers will undergo peer review and will be published in the ASONAM Conference Proceedings.
