14 April: Deadline for Abstract Submission

28 April: Notification of Acceptance

16 June: Announcement of the Conference Programme

2 July: Deadline for full paper

11-12 July 2025: Conference


Guide for Authors:

Abstracts should be between 250 and 300 words and must include the author’s name, contact details, and institutional affiliation. Full papers should be in the range of 6,000 to 8,000 words. All submissions will be assessed based on originality of the work, relevance to the conference theme, and diversity criteria.

There will be a publication opportunity for selected full paper submissions in a peer reviewed journal special issue or in an edited volume. Further details about the publication process will be shared with the participants after the conference.
