The advent of Industry 4.0 has brought innovative technologies like IoT, Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, enabling real-time visibility, predictive analytics, and automated workflows. Industry 5.0 builds upon this foundation, emphasizing, especially, human-machine collaboration, resilience, sustainability and customization to meet diverse customer needs.

The emergence of these industries (Industry 4.0/ 5.0) has further reshaped supply chain operations management by integrating innovative technologies, creating new opportunities for growth and innovation. However, these advancements also bring significant challenges in terms of customization, adoption, and deployment. As supply chain operations continue to transform in response to these technological advancements, Organizations must acquire new functional and technical skills to operate in an increasingly complex and dynamic environment.

This workshop aims to discuss these latest trends and their impact on supply chain management and operations. It seeks to generate valuable insights for practitioners, organizations, and enterprises in both emerging and developed countries.
