EOCON is the annual gathering where Africa and the global cybersecurity ecosystem come together to build the future of digital security.Expert talks, technical workshops, strategic panels and hacking competition EyesOpen CTF — all in one event, online worldwide and in-person in Douala.
We invite researchers, academics, advanced practitioners, and international experts to submit proposals on topics including:
- Cybersecurity research and emerging threats
- Artificial Intelligence, security, and resilience
- Cloud, infrastructure, and critical systems security
- Digital sovereignty and security policy
- Threat intelligence, incident response, and defense
- Secure software, application security, and DevSecOps
- Cryptography, privacy, and data protection
- Cyber talent development, education, and capacity building
- African cyber ecosystem, diaspora collaboration, and international partnerships
Expected formats: expert talks, technical workshops, strategic panels, and academically grounded contributions with strong scientific and practical value.
